Modal Silk Sarees

Modal is a soft semi-synthetic fibre made from wood cellulose. Modal silk sarees blend it with silk for a smooth, cool fabric with a subtle sheen.

It takes dye evenly and is a popular base for Ajrakh prints, Bandhani and mirror work, giving the look of silk with easier care and lighter weight.

Gentle hand-wash or dry-clean; avoid wringing, and iron on low heat.
